completed:
-drew possible designs for the hanging mechanism
-the concept is to be able to be able to swing the pneumatics cylinder from side to side so we can get on the tower from either side.
-prototyped the proof of the concept
needed:
we have to know the coefficient of friction between the bumper materials and the tower
