Tasks Completed

  • A final design was completed. We had a meeting at 7:30PM with the strategy team to decide on the final layout on the electrical controls.
    • The controls will be as follows:
    • Two joysticks to control the drivetrain.
    • One joystick to control the arm with 5 presets to control determined "heights"
    • The presets are proposed to be on the arm joystick.
    • The manipulator will be in a throttle form, where it is capable of controlling the speed of the manuvering. 

Tasks In Progress

  • We need to finalize our parts list.
  • We need to layout our design, and determine the TYPES of joysticks and throttle we want.

Tasks to Complete

  • Determine a way to utilize signal lights to indicate game pieces.
  • Layout our design in a deliverable form.
  • Materials for the controller enclosure need to be determined.
