Fabricate parts for black arm cross member

Strong back for elevator shafts (Have design need model)

Combine all subteams parts and design the CG to be within +/- one inch from bot centerline

Brianna- Design the cross member with leg guide for Red arms and Black arms

Spacers for the side of the hooks, between the arm and the hook? (Decide if needed during testing)
