2009:Chesapeake Regional Preparation

Here is a list of general things that need to be completed to prepare us for the Chesapeake Regional
Subteams should each maintain their own lists for robot related items.

Chesapeake Regional Preparation

1. Arrange hotel room assignments
2. Make even more buttons!!
3. Pack up our tools & spare materials AGAIN
4. Collect up our spirit materials AGAIN (including giant orbit ball!)
5. Arrange for chaperones (with Mr. Brewer?)
6. Research food options (food can be brought into this venue)
7. Research tour options (like we did in Philly last year)
8. Make regional schedule for team
9. Recheck battery cables - that they are tight and all facing the same direction

1. Make 3 minute video.
2. Make Chairman's presentation
3. Select Chairmans Presentation Team
4. Practice Presentation
5. Practice Presentation
6. Plan Attire for Chairnman's presentation
7. Practice Presentation
8. Hold Judges preparation session for all team members
9. Practice Presentation

Special Display

1. Finalize plans for special display
2. Gather materials for display
3. Select presenters for display
