Tasks Completed:
- Wired Kicker Motors on mock board for proto testing
- looked at crimp connector needs
- firmed up new kicker mechanism electrical requirements - 2 window motors on relays (maybe speed controllers but probably not - we should allocate enough space for speed controllers just in case), 1 magnetic rotation sensor, 2 limit switches
- started to get lifting mechanism info - 1 CIM motor for winch (on speed controller), 1 small motor for tilt (on speed control), some type of limit switches for max extension and retraction, no limit switches on tilt motor needed - it can go back and forth continuously.
Tasks to Complete:
- Layout the final electrical board design
- Finalize battery location
- Question - - - will the kicker electromagnet interfere with the rotary magnetic sensor????????????
Materials Needed:
- crimp faston connectors - Yellow #10-12 male "trapezoid" (4-521098-2), Yellow #10-12 female "trapezoid" (4-520448-2), Blue #14-16 female 0.187W (3-520408-2)
- crimp ring lugs - Yellow #10-12 wire #6 (or #8) hole
- PWM crimp contacts - male (WM2515-ND), female (WM2554-ND)
Do not forget to add your needed items to the Shopping List!!
