Tasks Completed
- On deployer - replace gas spring coupling with brass M6 x 1 insert. Fit end caps and slide.
- Fab servo mounting bracket - need to make a print from detailed sketch notes left on table.
- fitted steel wire spring to servo. On outside holes the servo is not strong enough to release latch
- Initially had a couple of loops of wire to give it some compliance, but then bolted it solid, seems to work better.
- Moved spring wire to inner hole pattern and seems to work OK under power. But takes two people to relatch. One to compress, and one to work the servo. Current spring wire is a little short.
- My suggestion is to fab up a solid piece that would easily disconnect from the gate latch. So that latching can be done with gravity, then slide the arm linkage over the gate latch and use a spring pin to secure.

Tasks to Complete
- I would continue to fit and adjust one of the gas spring end clevis bracket to get it more centered. Gas spring needs to be slightly lowered. The other side is fine.
- We did look at mounting deployer slide but did not do much with it.
- Just as a side note - the anchor bolts for the main frane in the corners - I think cap screw head should be to the inside so hex wrench fits easier, outside would be able to use wrench.
- Will see you guys Sunday afternoon.
