Tasks Completed

  • Wiring of the switches, LEDs, and resistors were completed for the swtitch "matrix."
    • LED resistance values were calculated for each specific LED color. (Vin - Vled / 20mA) = Rled ) (Vin is 5V from the cypress board)
  • The autonomous keypad was wired.
  • Preliminary mapping and emulation of a HID device was implemented through the cypress board.

Tasks In Progress

  • Mapping of the I/O's to the cypress board is in progress.

Tasks to Complete

  • Determine where to add potentiometer holes on the paper layout.
    • Wire the LCD panel and make sure it works.
    • Get the autonomus keypad to work correctly.

Materials Needed

  • A sheet metal layout is in going to be needed.
    • Preset switches need to be wired.
