Tasks Completed

• Fabricated 16 corner brackets for chassis
• Cut 3/4" Plywood boards for front and rear bumpers
  
• Gathered bumper mounting hardware
  
• Made 1/2 in round spacers for mounting transmission plus extras
  
• Worked on CAD design
  

Tasks In Progress

• CAD Design
• Need 3/4" plywood by 5" by 37 1/4" for side bumpers , need 2 pieces
• Purchase 3/8 16 t-nuts to have as spares
• Drill holes in corner brackets
• Cut front and read aluminum channels - need to field check exact length between 27 and 27 1/4.

Tasks to Complete

• Assemble 4 omni wheels and hubs and sprockets
• Assemble traction wheels with hubs and sprockets
• Check to make sure we have epoxy or Gorilla glue.
• For traction wheels, method is rivet one end first, do trial fit, stretch, roll around, a couple of times.  Get length cut.
• glue, and wrap tread, drill the two remaining rivet holes.  Make sure tread is seated all around.
• Determine where to mount bumpers either through frame rail channels or make brackets?
• Need to buy bolts for bumpers, if we go through frame rail it will be 3/8" -16 x 2.5
