Creating a .STL File

1. Right-click on the tab for the Part Studio part and select "Export".
   

2. Right-click on the tab for the Part Studio part and select "Export".

3. In the dialog box that appears:

   1. Modify the file name to match the part name (i.e. delete the "- Flat pattern..." text).

   2. Set Format to "DXF".

   3. Set version to "2000".

   4. Set scope to "Single Flat Pattern Part Only".

   5. Set options to "Download".

   6. Ensure that the "Set z-height to zero and normals to positive" check box is checked and all of the other checkboxes are unchecked.
