Please note that the green, orange, and brown pieces are merely space holders.
• The brown piece is the chicken plucker which is 8”s in diameter and is 25.75”s long.
• The green piece is the front belt that is 33”s from each center point with a 3”s diameter at the ends ( 36”s total in height ). It also has a 3”s depth (as of now) and is 25.75”s in length.
• The orange piece is the front belt that is 29”s from each center point with a 3”s diameter at the ends ( 32”s total in height ). It also has a 3”s depth (as of now) and is 25.75”s in length.
• The 3 prong ramp is 6.5”s apart and clears the drivetrain.
• From the floor to the top of the upper chicken plucker the robot stands 51.1”s.
• The hopper has yet to be made because the frame work that is going to be holding up the mechanics will be the basis of the hopper.
• We will be dispensing at a height of 44”s
• The red lines in the side view are the drop doors. The drop doors are yet to be made in inventor.
