Tasks Completed:

1. Downloaded and viewed some of the data regarding the controls.

2. Checked to see how the robot feeds data back to the operator interface. There is a class present in the robot software that allows the digital outputs to be individually set and cleared. We may be able to modify this class to allow for more complicated control of the OI.

3. Started creating CAD model for the OI.


Tasks to Complete:

1. Determine how the PC interface works with the robot controller. A PC needs to be setup with the dashboard software.

2. Continue to develop the CAD models for the control station: OI, joystick, laptop, gaming controller, etc.

3. Come up with some requirements for the control station. How many buttons do we need? Are there any size restrictions? What kind of feedback is required?

4. Develop some concepts for the control station.
