Belt update both supplies and inventory of belts:

     - We have 4 belts (1/4" OD) matched set for use on 30" shaft center to center distance with 3" OD pulleys.

     - We have 11 belts (1/4" OD) matched set for use on 12.5" shaft center to center distance with 3" OD pulleys.

     - We have approximately 180" of belting cord left from the 50' roll.

     - During rally we smoked front belt conveyor motor (was a fisher price motor).  We reduced shaft center to center distance ~ 1/2 inch.  Should be near 12".

     - During motor replacement and revent back to original (90-50?) motor we polished down the motor shaft to .125 / .126" to reduce press fit with pinion. 

     - Also small radius on the end of the motor shaft to help with assembly.  Pinion must to square and all surfaces clean with light oil wipe on motor shaft.

     - There is another motor in the shop on the center table in a box with other transmission parts and the tools to assemble and disassembly.

     - That motor has the shaft polished down to about .126 / .127" - it should be polished down to the above size if that motor continues to work well.
