Tasks Completed:
- Tested the current upper mechanism
- Went over class definitions, jobs, etc.
- Cleaned up autonomous
- Came up with a list of controls and sensors, reviewed with the 2 electricals
- Defined joystick buttons
- Driving robot with Andy's code - no CAN bus errors
- Fixed PWM not working

- Define the hanger and kicker class
