Tasks Completed

• Completed mounting of tower base to controls. Used velcro to mount, as per Amy A's suggestion. Yep, her.
• Powered the board using one USB cable. On the TWR-SER board, J10 is moved to position 2-3, J16 is on position 3-4, and J2 is at position 1-2. On the TWR-K60N512, J6 is on pins 1-2, and J1 is shorted from pins 1-2. The board is powered from the serial board. (black.). The clock speed was left default at 25Mhz. Refer to page 18 on TWR-K60N512-UM.pdf for additional information.

Tasks In Progress

• Consulted Tom for advice for designing a lexan cover. We were thinking about using 1/8 inch lexan based on the clearance from the sides. Prototyped a paper model to try to fit from the bottom to the top per Eric's suggestions. This implies the freescale tower is mounted onto the base somehow. Hot glue? Or should the lexan cover ALSO keep the freescale tower in place?

Tasks to Complete

• Finish routing the cables. There weren't enough tie drums left. Tom said he bring some additional ones in tomorrow. Plus, the one's we had were ghetto. Like Cleveland or Detroit ghetto.
• Design the sliders and control knobs! Ciana and Ben were discussing a possible thunderbolt on the slider and control knobs. (Yikes!)
