This is a list of things that need to be done to complete the operator controls when the metalwork arrives. This is a list of things that need to be done to complete the operator controls when the metalwork arrives. This list should be executed in order (1, 2, 3...) so that the controls are assembled correctly.
Drill mounting holes for various control functions:
- Joysticks
- eStop Control Board (under the right-side panel)C
- Cabinet Latches
Tap the holes for the eStop control board, cabinet latches, and PC stand.
Install the two top panels using the hinges. The hinges should be riveted to the panels.
Paint all of the pieces.
Install the handles on the end of the controls.
Install the cabinet latches and verify that they work.
Mount the eStop Control Board.
Mount the joysticks. Make sure to use lock washers.
Mount the USB HUB.
Mount the RJ45 connector

Put Velcro on the top of the laptop mount and the bottom of the laptop.
Wire the controls:

- Broken buttons and sliders to the eStop control board.

- RJ45 connector to the laptop RJ45 connector.
Verify that the controls work. Label the control functions.
