- Recording the actual statistics and comparing

- Understand what we want to do, ie: we want the minibot to be 5 lbs. and to have 50 torque oz-in, which should take 5.85 seconds to reach the top.

- Start building our first and second prototypes

Tasks to Complete
- modifing the robot and seeing what the other teams may want to do with it
- Figuring out if we need alternate methods to maintain pole friction
